Trump, BRICS and the Ten-Horned Beast
Reminder: If you're new to my blog, start here with my initial post exploring links between Donald Trump and the Biblical figure of the Antichrist.
In Daniel 7, the fourth beast with
ten horns is joined by the later addition of an eleventh one – this is the “little
horn” (a “trump” or “trumpet” is literally a little horn) that becomes “great." This is the Antichrist. Many prophecy researchers online have speculated that the
current coalition of ten nations known as BRICS or BRICS+ might constitute that
original ten-horn confederacy amongst which an eleventh horn arises (horns are
used in Bible prophecy to refer to kings/princes/rulers). If BRICS+ is the
beast system, I see that it currently has ten member nations: Brazil, Russia,
India, China, and South Africa (the original grouping); and Indonesia, Iran, the United Arab
Emirates, Egypt, and Ethiopia (they joined recently). Daniel 7:20 states: "I also
wanted to know about the ten horns on its head and about the other horn that
came up, before which three of them fell—the horn that looked more imposing
than the others and that had eyes and a mouth that spoke boastfully." So, the little horn is an eleventh horn that comes up after the ten original
horns are already in place. Therefore, if BRICS were to constitute the original ten
horns, then we would expect the next horn that rises up from this beast power –
the one so globally powerful that it can “uproot” three of the original horns
so that they “fall” – to be the Antichrist, representing his own kingdom.
Revelation 17 refers again to ten
horns on the beast who unite to give their power to the beast for one hour. It's very likely that John the Revelator was consciously using this imagery of the
fourth beast from Daniel 7. In Revelation 17, instead of being called the “little
horn,” the Antichrist is referred to as the scarlet beast itself, which was, is
not, and will return in the future. This language is where Bible scholars get
their concept of the “revived Roman empire” as the Antichrist’s kingdom – the Roman
empire was (in the past) – it currently is not (it fell hundreds of years ago) –
and it will return to rule the nations during the tribulation. This language of
“was – is not – and will be” also could refer to the Nero Redivivus myth of
ancient times: Just as the Roman empire used to exist, then fell, but will rise
again, Nero used to rule Rome, but then committed suicide in the head area
(mortal head wound), but will return at the end to rule this revived Roman empire. This language is a blasphemous inversion of that describing the true King (Jesus Christ) who is referred to by John as He who was, is still, and is to come.
Trump has recently made comments
that are hostile to the BRICS system, and that might be a factor in one's
assumption that Trump couldn't eventually become that eleventh horn. But
remember as well that the little horn is a profound deceiver who not only tells lies constantly,
but who also switches his positions on things in order to keep people off
balance. It may be the case that Trump’s pressure campaign against the
current BRICS nations is the prelude to his own rise to dominance of this
confederation. After all, which other nation on Earth could rise up with the global
power and influence to force three of the initial leaders to fall? The United
States would seem to be in a prime position to have the ability to force the fall of three initial
horns.
Daniel 7:21 states: "As I
watched, this horn was waging war against the holy people and defeating
them." In Revelation 13, John states that the Antichrist is the figure who
'wages war against the saints'. In Revelation 17, we are told that Mystery
Babylon is the entity that drinks the blood of the saints; i.e., the leader of
the end times Babylon is thus the figure leading the bloodshed of the saints.
Therefore, we might surmise that the leader of this Babylon regime could be the
same figure as the eleventh horn that comes up in Daniel’s beast system after the original ten horns are already in place.
To address the role of Islam as
part of the beast system: we are told in Daniel 11 that the Antichrist
"will honor a god of fortresses; a god unknown to his ancestors he will
honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts." Now,
"honoring" this god doesn't mean that he necessarily believes in this
god or views this god as his personal god, because we also know that the little
horn doesn't submit to ANY gods at all. "Honoring" this god of
fortresses could simply mean that the Antichrist allows worship of this god in
the name of ecumenism. If this 'god of fortresses' is somehow akin to or
equivalent to Allah (the god of Islam, which inspires some warlike Muslim
jihadists as well as Islam-centric warlike regimes such as the one governing
Iran), this might dovetail with a potential scenario of Trump paying honor to
"all religions". It should be noted that a handful of the current
BRICS+ nations are predominantly Islamic. In order to make BRICS+ work, then -
again, hypothetically - an eleventh horn added to BRICS+ would have to pay heed
to Allah in order to get along with the other nations that collaborate to rule
that system.
And what do we find? We find that Trump
indeed pays heed to the importance of “all religions”:
Here are two articles on BRICS that may be helpful in this
discussion:
Consider that fact when reading the
above articles, because if this line of thinking bears any fruit in the future, Trump's
tariff war might in fact be a prelude to Trump emerging as the new leader (either formally or de facto) of a
revamped BRICS, where three of these initial leaders are gotten rid of because
they refused to play ball with Trump's insistence on dollar dominance. Trump
and his economic team have asserted that the GENIUS Act – the one that will
eventually morph the American economy into one based on a digital dollar – will
maintain America’s economic dominance far into the future. The Reuters article above states:
"These countries, particularly India, may resist moving
further under China's influence, and Russia's pariah status could limit further
integration beyond commodity imports.”
So the current status of the ten
BRICS nations’ confederacy is fragile, shaky and uncertain. The addition of the
world-ruling eleventh horn could in fact occur after the tariff assault on all
the world's nations forces the current BRICS system to bow beneath the power of
this emerging eleventh horn and his decreed mark of the beast.
However, one might object at this
point: “How could America’s leader become the dominator of BRICS if Trump and
America are (at least commonly) thought of as enemies of Russia and China?”
Here’s where this scenario gets potentially interesting indeed.
We're told in Revelation 17 that
the beast (the Antichrist) and the ten horns he controls will 'hate the
harlot'. There’s plenty of evidence that Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin hate
America. Is there also evidence that Trump hates the harlot, which I’ve identified
as America/Washington D.C. in my post here?
Yes, there is such evidence – in spades. Trump
insults this country at every opportunity, calling it a dumping ground, a third
world country, and "very stupid," with bought-and-sold leaders. It
should be obvious to people with discernment that Trump’s endless hugging of
American flags and his constant “rah rah America” rhetoric is a smokescreen
that hides a malignant hatred of everything good that America truly stood for
throughout its history. Consider:
Just recently he lambasted
Washington D.C., as he regularly does, as a prelude to his military takeover of
it. It's clear that Trump sincerely hates this harlot city:
The harlot city of Washington D.C.
has been identified as the one city in America with the most cases of human
trafficking (prostitution) per capita:
https://priceonomics.com/the-places-in-america-with-the-most-cases-of-human/
Of course, the politicians and
lobbyists also too often act as figurative prostitutes – selling not their bodies
but their votes and their political advice to the highest bidders. This is a major reason why America's governance has fallen into a soon-to-be-terminal decadence, just as the ancient Roman republic's decadence led to its transformation into an empire ruled by one man.
Consider just one aspect of this
hatred Trump clearly has for America: his numerous insults of fallen American
soldiers:
We should also recall that Trump didn't place his hand on the Bible when swearing an oath to defend the Constitution, a document he has no respect for and no plans to uphold in the future:

The 'Nero Redivivus' legend - which
states that the eighth king will be a return of Nero who had slain himself in the head
- is reflected in some ancient predictions that this Nero figure would come
'from the East'. Now, that’s not a biblical aspect of the Antichrist, so take
those prophecies with a large grain of salt. Yet it is an interesting fact given that
the two most militarily powerful current BRICS+ horns happen to come from the
East (Russia and China). It is potentially relevant to consider, then, that it
is the view of many intelligence professionals that Trump is actually a
possible Russian asset:

Trump regularly praises Xi Jinping,
Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un for their ability to rule their nations with an
iron fist. Many details of Trump’s rule during his recently-begun second
administration manifest aspect of what occurred during Soviet rule under Stalin: the leader dictating business decisions; purging ‘anti-American’ artwork in museums; fostering
a cult of personality and instilling fear in critics; rolling out troops into cities to maintain the peace; the building of concentration camps; etc. If Trump is indeed the
eleventh horn we're searching for, and he represents a potential beast power
headed by current Eastern kings, is Trump's rise to dominate America
representative of those powers infiltrating and gaining inside control of the
seven heads (the seven hills in Washington D.C.) so that this city (the harlot,
as representative of the nation as a whole) can be supported remotely by its
erstwhile enemies as it "rides" their own power? It's food for
thought, if nothing else.
Recall as well that in Rev. 18,
Babylon is stricken with "plagues" that come in "one hour".
Would my comments above be further backed up by raising the issue of the
current CDC crisis? Trump and RFK Jr. have purged doctors and scientists from
the health agencies and have engaged in a pattern of spreading health
misinformation. Many doctors and health professionals claim that these actions
are leaving us dangerously unprepared for a future health crisis. This might
dovetail with my posed potential scenario of the foreign beast powers undermining and
destroying (“devouring the flesh” sounds like some sort of disease) of Babylon from within, with Trump as not just a leading accomplice, but as the
manifestation of the beast itself, directing the process from the Oval Office.
Again, nothing definite or
conclusive is posed here – but these are glimpses at potential scriptural realities taking
shape right before us. If I’m wrong – and, believe me, I’ve been wrong plenty
of times in the past – then it’s still worthwhile to get a firm foundation in
these prophetic expectations so that we’ll more readily recognize them if they
play out in some other fashion in the future.
